FDLRS Path to Learn offers on-demand videos and self-paced modules designed to support educators working with students with disabilities. Access practical strategies when you need them—on your schedule.

What You’ll Find:
1. Short, focused training videos
2. Self-paced learning modules
3. Topics like executive functioning, explicit instruction, writing supports, and more
4. Resources you can also share with families

Modules are available statewide for Florida educators and rotate throughout the year so there’s always something new to explore.

The FDLRS Family Help Desk is a statewide support service for Florida families with students who have disabilities, offering access to articles, resources, and expert answers on topics like IEPs, behavior, and specific disabilities via an easy-to-use ticket form.

Special Ed Connection Online Resources

Special Ed Connection, provided free by the Florida Department of Education, is a comprehensive online resource for Florida parents of students with disabilities. It offers clear, parent-friendly guidance, including nearly 450 “Smart Starts” on topics ranging from IEPs to assistive technology, a searchable dictionary, news updates, best practice round‑ups, and helpful tools.

Building Resiliency for Florida's Students and Families

The Florida Department of Education’s Resiliency & Mental Health Resources page shares statewide efforts to support student and staff mental well-being through education, training, and services. It highlights policies such as required resiliency instruction for grades 6-12, increased funding for mental health support in schools, national resources, as well as early learning, K-12, and Florida college system mental health resources.
